Call of the Mother . . . The FEMININE FORCE of Creation

May your human earth walk give rise to a deeper connection to the FEMININE FORCE of Creation, especially when stepping into the Forest.

I was guided to connect deeply with the heart of Mother Earth, as well as the Divine energies of the Mother Sophia in meditation yesterday morning.

A Call also came to reconnect my consciousness to the FOREST, especially with the trees around my studio.

It is a GIFT, an opportunity of potentiality, FOR every heart to FEEL the Energy of the Mother and ALL of Creation, as we each awaken from our spiritual slumber.

A process that can not be rushed, and will take on many different levels of re-connection as we each grow and expand at our own pace.

No different than our relationship with our human mother that takes many different FORMS as we grow and expand from newborn to child, to teenager, to adult.

It has been several days of remembrance and deeper initiation of being within the FIRE and FLAME of seeing how our human embodiment gifts us the process of Wounding to be FORGED into Wisdom for Soul growth and EVOLution . . . which is a state of LOVE . . . only spelled backwards.

Your Soul’s EVOLution may not feel like LOVE within the present moment of the human walk, it may FEEL less than LOVE, but it is there FULLY when able to be experienced through the heart and a higher perspective. Especially as our FIRST wounding is the separation of Soul FROM the Creator, God/dess, as well as FROM our human birth mother.

There has been a greater awareness of respecting the process of “what is” within the journey more deeply, as well as moving into greater discernment and appreciation of gratitude FOR WHAT DIVINELY IS in the melding process of the human experience and Soul path as it is the opportunity to discover how we are both active co-creators of our life with the Divine, as well as receivers.

For the journey of the Divine Human is a REBIRTH and an unfoldment of deeper learning, growth, evolution and wisdom that can only be initiated via the burn of FIRE and yet overcome by transcendence and melding within the FLAME of the higher heart.

A process that brings one seeking alliance with the Divine in sacred silence, surrender and allowing to receive and bring FORTH . . . FORGIVENESS . . . FOR the completion and alchemic transformation into AbSOULution

Energies of Gold, Diamond, Ruby Rose Petals and Aquamarine were FILLING my heart space and activating deeper inner-standings and connection with these FEMININE FORCES of Creation, as streams of messages . . . one inter-connecting to the next . . . especially with words beginning with the letter F.

These F-words have been incoming for over several weeks, and even more so with a FLOODING yesterday, as I have been meditating and writing.

Just when I sense all has been received and to be shared, more is added on, in a beautiful FLOW of ease, grace, eloquence and FINESSE.

I sense a deeper sharing of these messages to come in my next podcast, although some messages will only be shared in a small group of sisters that will be FORTHCOMING in May after Mother’s Day.

I do feel called to say here, that I initially FELT the primary message was to be what we receive via walking through the FIRE and the transcendence into the FLAME . . . the experience of Human Wounds to Soul Wisdom . . . which expands our consciousness into higher “Octaves of Remembrance.” https://wayofthefeminineforce.com/2019/02/05/octave-remembrance/

However, none of this is possible without the energy of the Mother . . . HERSELF . . . as the FEMININE Principle of the Creator FORCE.

For SHE seeks only for her Divine Sons and Daughters to BIRTH and know how to wield their own Divine Creative Power, sword of Truth, and wear the Armor of God as they grow and expand in Light, Love, and Wisdom.

The Divine Wisdom and Teachings that have been coming through, has been a New Calling for several months. I FEEL I AM FINALLY receiving clarity as to the WAY in which to Birth their New Beginnings.

I FELT a huge surge of energy, and a shaking of my body as I was typing on my phone trying to capture the incoming FLOW. The degree of which I have only experienced a FEW times and also when going into delivery via a C-section for my daughter’s birth. Layers of validation that confirmed ALL is being held, activated and is being LABORED and BIRTHED in divine orchestration and timing.

May we each take time to be still, silent and ground each and everyday. . . to be with the heart of the Eternal Mother . . . the FEMININE FORCE of Creation . . .perhaps even walk or simply take a step with our consciousness and imagination into the FOREST . . or wherever Nature calls.

For SHE who is of the Earth and SHE who is Eternal, Divine, and Holy . . . the FEMININE FORCE of Creation . . . is CALLING us home to our hearts and to HER Infinite Heart.

HER energy is not limited to Above or Below, but is limitless, existing throughout the multi-verse, within our own human mother, and within each of us.

Allow that which you are to receive to FLOW effortless into your being . . . anchoring . . . FIRST and FOREMOST . . . within your heart center and expanding FROM there.

Today I am reminded of the beauty and connection I deeply FEEL with the FOREST, the creek, the birds, and the animals that come to visit here on the property where my studio is located.

I feel the sun, and I breathe the air that is shared by all of us.

I allow my energy to move through my FEET and into the ground to connect to the roots of the trees. I ask the roots to take the energy I AM FEELING and seeing within my heart through their deep, F A R-reaching communication system, sharing and transmitting within the land . . . and going deeper into ALL weaves of consciousness within Mother Earth . . . into HER ley lines, song lines, grids and water ways.

I ask and allow the wind to take my breath and my voice, moving the FREQUENCIES, tones and messages of Love, Wisdom, Truth and Remembrance through the branches and leaves as they rustle, communicating and spreading the emanation of sacred sound . . . “the Word of God/dess“ . . . of which has been FLOWING into my heart AND we all have the potential to be receiving at this moment.

For “the Word of God/dess” is Divine Wisdom and Teachings of the most High. Through the EMERALD Order, as the FIRST emanation of God Source as Sound, we receive the transmission beyond what our human language can convey, or our human ears can hear.

Y E T . . . our hearts can attune, FEELING the resonance of Truth, and deeply hearing within the FIELD of consciousness and higher octaves that which resound of purity and clarity . . . a Harmonic Alignment with the Divine.

It is here . . .that the Soul telepathically connects into and simply knows, remembers, and re-ignites its spark and inner FLAME beyond the spoken or written word.

FOR it is the music . . . that which is beyond the human form of physiological sensory perception . . . that the Soul seeks and spans its eternal reconnection to ALL THAT IS . . . throughout ALL time, space, and dimensions.

It is here . . . Mother Earth A N D Mother Sophia . . . speak, sing and rejoice.

FOR the FIRE of the human experience and the FLAME of ALL that is Holy, has served the Soul to learn, grow and evolve, to meld into greater expansion and living embodiment of Divine Love, Truth, Power, and Wisdom within a FIELD of consciousness that holds bountiFUL beauty and eternal grace.

May your heart be activated with a deeper remembrance of perfection that the FORGING of the FIRE and the FLAME . . . the human journey and the soul’s evolution . . . is a melding for growth and expansion of Divine Wisdom.

It comes with every step you take . . .

A N D may you rediscover and FIND the beauty of it ALL . . .with every step . . . even if it FEELS like a FIRE walk in the moment.

May you may FIND your reconnection to ALL that is . . . the ONENESS that you FEEL and know within the FLAME of your higher heart. 03/17/2020 . . . “Captain’s Log, Stardate . . . ”

Some of you will understand the humor here!

I AM amused as I hear this phrase from Startrek after foreseeing the writing of this blog today, piecing in my mind ALL that has come through this morning.

In fact before I even got out of bed, I have felt the uplifting energy of God/Goddess around me and asking, “What would make you happy today?”

Just the thought made me smile as I was lying in bed, especially as I felt this consciousness speaking to me.  This presence was all around me.  This must be the Creator and Divine LOVE of ALL that is, for when I looked at my print of Yeshua on the wall I could feel this present energy speaking to me was permeating the field around me.  THIS was more expansive and far greater than when I speak with Yeshua.  This consciousness was not presenting itself in any form what so ever.  HE/SHE did not feel like an aspect or essence presenting as an Ascended Master, Angel, or any Divine Being in human, celestial, galactic, or any vessel what so ever.  This was pure Energy.

I have been waking up a lot over the last few nights.  Different than usual.  Images of what is going on in the world, mixed with messages.  It feels like a lot of clearing in the collective and uplifting at the same time.

It started at 3:30 am this morning.  Within the first half hour, I must have woken 4 times.  At 3:58 am . . .”It’s going to pass.”  4:01 am . . . “This is what  we’ve been waiting for.”

I could hear and sense a humming outside of myself.  I even had to hold still to tell if this humming was possibly coming from within me, or was in fact, outside of me???  It felt all around me and I was compelled to move my hands above my head and heart, especially above my throat, as if weaving the energy I was sensing.  Again more images that reflected the state of the world, and more clearing.  Then I heard . . . “What would make you happy today?”  

The question in and of itself was such a gift!

A smile I could not contain, spread across my face with the mere thought of the question.

I felt this consciousness was simple pure LOVE . . . of GOD . . . speaking to my heart.

PEACE.  

I answered . . . “Peace.”

  Peace would make me happy today.

It’s as if we are at war within our own hearts/homes.  It’s as if we are fighting the WAY back to Stillness, Quiet and Trust.

The war, the fight, is within us.  We fight our own fear. . . .especially the fear of Silence.

Look inside to see.

What IF . . . I look inside and find my Peace and Happiness regardless of what is going on, on the outside?

I am seeing energy strands around me that are dark, gray and chaotic.  I am being reminded of the energy in the world with Hitler . . . the fear and the chaos that permeated within and around the world.

I am seeing the energy change before my eyes.  The dark, gray chaotic strands that look like chromosomes are shifting to red rose petals.

It’s as if the wind lifted red rose petals into the air and scattered them far and wide.

Then the rose petals started to centralize, less scattering and merging into form . . . into a heart.  This so reminded me of a gif . . .  or is it a “gift“???

I feel the singe red rose petals have forgotten their purpose . . . while hearing the words “and the people bowed and prayed to the neon gods they made” from the song “Sound of Silence.”

The red rose petals forgot their purpose and were coming back into ONENESS.

 

Awakening is YOUR heart and remembering the ONENESS with others around you.

Compassion is rising in the field as the beauty and power of the Heart is returning . . . just as the red rose petals are returning.

Hearing once again . . . “The Sound of Silence.”

Silence IS the Sound . . . voices never dared to disturb.

Silence IS the Sound we never dared to discover and allow ourselves to simply listen.

We forgot that inner Silence can lead us back . . .  lead the WAY back to our Heart.

Silence IS the Sound required to hear the greater VOICE of the Divine, of the Creator directly.

As I go deeper into the Silence, I feel a greater connection to just sit and BE . . . to reflect.

As I sit on my sofa, I see a glimpse of the yellow and pink light rising above the distant mountains/trees.  The sun is beginning to rise.  It is a new day.

Seeing this New Dawn,  brings a sense of Peace . . . and I indeed feel happy today!

Have you ever had a moment of questioning yourself,  “Am I hearing what I think I am hearing?”

Well, it has happened more than once . . . more than twice . . . this week.  In fact, I have been feeling this undercurrent of energy in a different language for some time.

Some of the understandings I received this week came through in broken French, perhaps an old, ancient French . . . or am I trying to find a way to translate something else, a different language that I am hearing, and it just sounds similar to French?

Honestly, I know very little French, having only taken a few semesters in college.  So when I say very little, I truly mean “un peu.”  This is even more challenging for me, since hearing the language was much harder for me than reading.  I am a better visual and kinesthetic learner, versus auditory.

This is very interesting . . . or perhaps in divine orchestration . . . as the message is regarding language, interpretation and how much more difficult it is when we engage in multiple languages of the world.  I found myself trying to understand what I was hearing, but sometimes having to opt for simply the phonetics, or my mind retrieving the Spanish word ( as I took a few semesters in high school) because I could not comprehend or pull up the French equivalent.  Sometimes, I simply had to seek the meaning I felt was being conveyed and put it into an English equivalent.

It also “just happens” that I am have been clearing old, very old, energy around my throat and feeling safe to speak my truth.  I thought I had completed this, and yet more layers surfaced to be heard, to be LOVED, to be healed, to be transmuted, and to be integrated.

In one respect I am feeling a liberation and freedom, and on another, I am physically challenged right now with using my voice.  Physically, I am hoarse and dealing with what seems to be allergens in the air (which I suspect is a sensitivity to mold spores) after much, much rain fall that caused flooding here in the Pacific Northwest.  I have had two nights of waking up with intense pain in my throat.  This isn’t soreness at the back of my throat, but deeper around the middle of my neck which feels very much like my vocal chords.  As I have been releasing and processing, I noticed the first night I woke up in the early morning with deep pain on the left side (feminine) of my throat.  The second night, both sides, left and right (feminine and masculine) felt very painful.  Last night it was minimal.  Although I feel better in one respect, I feel fatigue the more I speak and use my voice.

I share as I feel the message above is for us to go beyond the exact words or correcting the grammar.  It is to simply feel and listen to the essence of the message.  It is for us to remember to listen with our hearts.  It is for us to listen and pay attention to the music around the words themselves . . . to the frequency of LOVE . . . for LOVE is truly the ONE key to understanding and ONE translation.

LOVE is the universal language that we all can understand and comprehend regardless of the many languages of the world that can fragment us.  LOVE transcends the difficulty of many possible interpretations.  The language of the Heart is truly of the Universe and only this ONE translation is enough.

May we remember on this Valentine’s Day . . . 02/14/2020 . . . to honor the Heart and the language that we ALL have in common.

LOVE holds only ONE “modification” . . . one turn of the key.  Your heart holds the key for speaking your truth, for being heard, for being visible, for being witnessed, for being vulnerable, for being understood AND for mutual understanding in this world of many . . . many . . . possible interpretations.

AND within the courage of communicating with your heart . . . JOY emerges.

“JOIE” . . . it is the essence of BEing in which the heart and soul aspire us to transcend and go even farther . . . to extend our vibration even BEyond LOVE.

Integrity is what keeps you on track … especially as a leader … especially as a DIVINE FEMININE Leader.

Integrity is HER True North for SHE is about quality of BEing versus quantity.

SHE is about up-leveling and bringing a higher vibration for the greater good than just specific self-serving goals.

SHE is about the journey, the process, and intention versus the mere objective to be obtained.

This is the relationship YOU hold in BEing … encompassing ALL the energies of intuition/receptivity/perceiving AND with the energies of action/doing … along with the Universal Intelligence and Power of Creation.

Integrity weaves the energy of creativity from the Womb, the will of the Soul, the passion of the Heart and power of Expression, ALL melded into YOUR “voice” birthing YOUR creative brilliance.  A brilliance that is every woman and man’s birthright!

It is YOUR birthright to birth YOUR Soul’s “creative genius” into a masterpiece that expresses YOU, allowing it to sparkle and shine your uniqueness into the world.

Integrity is being fully aligned with YOUR path and soulful expression into form.

Never … Ever … forget that You hold ALL the CREATIVE POWER of the UNIVERSE within, and for you NOT to shine your BRILLIANCE, your VOICE, your CREATIVE GENIUS is to be out of Integrity with Mother/Father/God/Goddess.  Remember WHY You are here and that NO ONE else can birth YOU into the world … only the creative expression of your Soul can birth YOU and YOUR GIFTS … YOUR BEAUTIFUL … BRILLIANT … CREATIVE INNER GENIUS.

Why is this about Integrity and not about LOVE?

It IS LOVE.

Integrity IS one of LOVE’S forms.

Integrity is your heart’s inner compass to ask … “Is this LOVE?”

OR …”Is this less than LOVE?”

“Will taking this Path keep my intention and actions purely and pristinely aligned to LOVE?”  Pristine, for it is like the chime of a crystal chalice.

“Wisdom is knowing what Path to take.  Integrity is taking it.”  ~ M.H. McKee

Wisdom is letting go of what no longer serves and stepping onto the Path of Integrity, taking the action … or not … where ALL of you is aligned to your Truth … in LOVE.

Integrity is walking the Path of your “True North” and it speaks louder that words ever will.

Integrity is an “emanation” all in and of itself, as it sources ALL that we come to value.

Integrity can be applied to everything in your life and to ask is there LOVE?  Does this align fully to LOVE?  Is this congruent with LOVE?  Is there coherence to LOVE? Is there a resonance and harmonization with LOVE?

When YOU emit Integrity from within your BEing, it is like a shining gemstone.  Integrity is the jewel that shines with such clarity that it’s beauty and brilliance needs no words or explanation.  Integrity speaks and resonates for itself.

Like a diamond, where the clarity, cut, color and carat define the quality of the gem.  Integrity is one of the greatest qualities in defining who you are, through all levels of BEing, from within your very core.

The clarity of your heart, all the way to your very core, will shine with such brilliance through your depth of BEing, such that the layers of contradiction have been dissolved and absolved.  ALL that is left is knowing who you are and have chosen to be.

Integrity is choice of BEing and choice in Doing.

Integrity is a choice, from the smallest to the largest decision, such that your character can not be denied or questioned.   It is not a quality you reserve for just BIG events.  Small decisions are without question valuable character builders.  Their value can not be denied in creating Integrity in order to know you have solidified and strengthened your ability to read between the lines and energies that do not match your inner compass.  Integrity is not to be reserved for just large decisions, it is there for every small decision … for each and every moment.

Integrity is YOUR defining compass to ask … “Where is my True North in this moment, in THIS situation, in expressing my Soul’s Truth???”

Integrity is for YOU to remember who you are, what you are here to add to this world of creation.  Integrity includes your values, your principles, what you stand for and what you will NOT stand for, in those defining moments where life begets a decision.

When you reach a fork in the road and must decide which Path to take, do you allow your experience, wisdom, core values … and LOVE … to guide you???

Do you take the Path of Integrity, fully, completely, without reservation, and with full illumination?  Integrity asks us to be ALL in, to commit completely.  It may mean letting go of something highly prized … or even relationships … for the value of your Integrity is at stake.

Integrity is not something to wager or gamble with.  It is not something to take chances with.  Illumination is not necessarily being in the limelight, front and center stage.  Illumination is bringing the Light of Integrity front and center, to see yourself within the mirror and within the frequency of LOVE to ALL that you be, do and touch whether in private … when not seen … or in full view of the public and collective eye.

Integrity,  however, is not about perfection.  A gymnast on the balance beam may wish to remove all wobbles and seek the perfect “10.”  However, Integrity is knowing that “the wobble” is you own inner guidance allowing for inner self-correcting.  It is re-centering, re-aligning, and teaching you what you may not have realized and brings you into greater illumination, greater understanding and greater wisdom to re-calibrate to LOVE.  It is the opportunity to re-align to your own commitment of self-mastery, to practice the art of LOVE in living life each day and each moment … in Integrity.

AND … Life will show you when you have deviated from your True North.

It may not come immediately … but it will come.

Integrity summons up ALL your courage to say Yes … or No … giving way to the attachment of a specific outcome and allowing for the highest and best.

For the Path, the WAY, the process is far more important than the actual outcome.

It is not the destination of arrival.  It IS the destination of being on “the Path” for the highest and best.  It is less about self-serving and more about serving the whole … the wholeness of your BEing and the wholeness of the collective.

When we are in Integrity it honors oneself and it honors the one next to you.

Integrity is the Path of learning and remembering what is important in your heart … in living your life … and living for ALL Life.

Integrity is leading from the center … YOUR center.

As a Divine Feminine Leader of LOVE and Mentor to LOVE … when YOU lead by example, INTEGRITY is your guidance compass.  You know that your determined destination is to always guide from the center … to uphold … and uplift … the highest and best for YOUR self and for ALL.

Integrity is not about self-sacrifice, or any form of sacrifice.

Integrity upholds the sacredness of honoring and humility.  Honor for oneself and for another.  Humility in realizing You are sacred and the soul gifts within your creative genius come from a higher frequency of YOU.  A frequency of YOU that has chosen to express here in form, in this time, space, realm, and dimension.

Integrity asks for a WIN WIN WIN … for yourself, for another, and for ALL.

Integrity inspires … breathes in spirit (in-spire) … brings LOVE to the forefront in asking how can I bring the greatest vibration of LOVE to the table, to the Path, to this situation, to walk this Path with the greatest wisdom within my Body, Heart and Soul … fully illuminating ALL that is within and around me … while honoring and uplifting ALL who walk beside me.

Integrity … may it be the Path that YOU, honorably, humbly, and with full knowingness, take … take in LOVE and always choose … choosing to follow your True North in ALL ways!

BE the Divine Feminine Leader and Mentor, YOU were born to be in this time, space and dimension.  Be HER within the fullness of your Being and upholding HER as you have gained the knowledge and wisdom of re-discovering your True North through the refinement of Impeccable Integrity.

The Divine Feminine is calling you to take the Path of Integrity.  SHE is calling you to always follow your True North and know that the diamond shining within your heart will illuminate the WAY of LOVE in everything you are called to Be, Do, Create, Speak, and Share in the world through the power of YOUR creative genius.  The power that NO ONE else can express as creatively, magically and beautifully as YOU!

“Many hold and anchor the Feminine Christ Light . . . like the sun with multiple rays. It is just our awareness within various levels, within the Octave of Remembrance.

Expand, please on the “Octave of Remembrance.”

The chord that is in accordance with divine timing, divine unfolding, like yesterday, the notes (sound) that activate your being to come into greater oneness and union within your self with God/Goddess. It is of divine decree as the journey has been laid before you dearest.

Anything more to do?

Know . . . own . . . your worth and worthiness.

Any words from the Divine Feminine . . . Sophia?  Mary Magdalene?

Rose.  Allow the Rose to guide you, your heart that is held so dear within your network, your own grid of the physical, stay connected to the Solar (Central Sun) Rose Grid and that within the Earth. As a grid marker, emit and pulse the Love which we so desire to spread in the world. Hold the image close in your mind’s eye and know it’s fractal potential – spread, grow – as sound can be amplified. This image holds the potential to expand and light up with other grid markers. Hold your stream of the Divine Feminine Christ. It propagates this sound wave into the field of its accord (where it is birthed originally). It is a global sound wave. 

The image I am drawing is a straight line with multiple egg shaped ripples, spanning outward, larger and larger away from the center line while seeing luminescent colors and writing the words white/golden crystalline pearlescent “dragon flame.”

Rose = Sound is like petals unfolding.

Rose . . . more and more layers of sound of sonic pulsations of Divine Intelligence of Codes.  Not just symbols, but symbols in music = creates sound. Symbols are energy meaning.  Energy symbols are to write the energy, to hold it like a container of multiple layers of understanding.

Octave Remembrance is not only about symbols of sound/codes, but of Matrix that it creates and is of the foundation of creation.”

02/05/2019 . . .

“You are part of creation, the never ending vast flux and flow of energy moving in/out, expanding/contracting, as your heart lays the energy into the field of consciousness.  This sets the framework, the matrix from which life experiences are built.  It sets the blueprint of how the field will meet you there as the Divine starts to coalesce and congeal around the vibration you are anchoring.

Anchor with purity of heart and mind.  Your thoughts and heart are in oneness as to create the highest probable possibility.  To fully succeed/entrain into the collaboration of creation with the Divine, you must know your heart’s fulfillment . . . what fills your heart to the fullest?  As you know, so too your thoughts, align with this truth.

If there exists discrepancies between the two, or contradiction, the duality remains in existence within yourself.

Oneness is coming together.  All your being is to come into union with the Divine, and together, there forms the Matrix of creation.

If my hearts says love, vibrating love, sends out love, then may my thoughts align with the same.

If there are any part(s) of my being . . . thoughts, beliefs, scripts, stories, wounds . . .  that are not in alignment (with my heart),  or are false truths . . . not mine . . . they obscure the purity and integrity of my vibratory chord and the embrace of my being to co-create with the Divine in the same purity and integrity.

Know your heart above all else!

Know, feel, taste, see, sense the vibration of contradiction in you, around you, from others, or institutions as to eradicate from the untruth, to unravel your attachment, to free yourself from all this binds you to a lower frequency, or octave, that holds your vibration in a lower field.

Heal what needs to heal.  Purge what needs to purge.  Cleanse what needs to cleanse.  And let go of what needs to be let go.

It is still of Love to discover what aligns, and what does not align with your truth and highest vibration of who you are, at all times, as I AM.  It is the greatest gift of Love to be in your fullest expression, and to be in LOVE with the Creator/Divine, as you make and create from a pure stream, pure vibration, and pure field in accessing the infinite possibilities that the Divine offers you with open arms.

It is honoring your human soulful obligation to awaken to the contradiction to cleans/purge the dross, to refine and polish your vibratory stream of consciousness . . . “to thine own self be true.”

Life isn’t always easy.

Often there can be that feeling to escape or rise above the human experience and transcend it.

However, being human is no less than your divinity, or your “crown.”

Life in human form is your gift.  Being human is not to be escaped, but to be glorified.

Your human vessel is actually your packaging.

Think of your body and human vessel as your “gift box.”

The question is…”what is inside?”

What if your humanness is really an empty box, an empty vessel?

What if . . . it is an empty vessel, or box, that contains the gift of your divine presence?

What if . . . your soul is what is contained within the gift box, and it is your journey through life which grows and expands the beauty of the gift . . . the beauty of your soul?

What if . . .  ALL you are here to do is to seek the beauty of your soul, the all of who you are, and to share the divine present that is inside your gift box?

What if . . . all you really have to do is to seek the gem?

When I started writing this blog, it was from the perspective of a talk I gave for a business networking group back in December. And when you think about what is important to your overall development whether it’s expanding your career, running your business, or simply growing as a human being, a lot of “P” words tend to show up to guide the “Process”…..Philosophy, Purpose, Passion, Play, Personal, Profession, Plans, Practices, Protocols, Procedures, People, Prosperity, Possibilities, etc.

At any point in time, you may contemplate these different areas to give you new direction in your life, to figure out your next step, or how to re-create your self, your personal life, or your professional career.

Ultimately, these “P’s” are points of reference for all areas of living to help you define who you are and define your direction.

What they have in common, as the “common denominator,” is what you value. They are what you value enough to cultivate. They are what you truly desire to experience and express.

So…when and where do you consider your PRESENCE???

Or have you ever thought about PRESENCE???

Your PRESENCE…what value does it bring to your personal or professional life, your relationships, your daily practices or routines, your business, your success, or simply just living?

Is there any real value or POWER in YOUR PRESENCE???

First of all, you need to ask the question and define “What is PRESENCE?”

Beyond words, it’s your energy field, your consciousness, your essence. It is what you emit from your CORE. It is the totality of the energetic life force that surrounds you and includes everything else that you value from your core foundational Philosophy and beyond. It’s your Soul.

“I sometimes ask people, ‘Can you be aware of your own Presence? Not the thoughts that you’re having, not the emotions that you’re having, but the very PRESENCE of your very being?’ You become aware of your own Presence by sensing the entire energy field in your body that is alive. And that is the totality of your Presence.” ~ Eckhart Tolle

If your PRESENCE is a totality of yourself beyond form, and if your energy field surrounds you and precedes your physical being, then it makes sense to cultivate your PRESENCE by connecting to your Soul and being your Soul.

If PRESENCE is what is constantly being emitted by your energy field, should you not grow IT just as you do any “field” of endeavor that you wish to grow?

So, what I realized when I was first started writing this blog, was that I writing from a business perspective and not from my Soul. I had shifted the conversation of Presence from Soul to “energy” out of fear…out of fear of stepping on some toes in the business world. Maybe that was appropriate language for my audience in that time and space, but it was not exciting for me here!

In truth…in My Truth…can you ever get away from your very Soul??? I guess you can if you choose to stay in the ego, or what others want for you. But why would you ultimately want to??? I don’t want to.

So, let’s reframe the entire conversation to…

“What do you wish to emit from your Soul…your PRESENCE…and grow in this New Year of 2018?”

What do you wish others to sense from your Soul…the very essence of your being…without words… from just walking into a room? Whether there is one person in the room, or it’s a room full of people? Whether it is for a New Year’s party, or to stand up and speak in front of a board room, or on stage? What do you want the world to take away from you showing up, being YOU?

What about healing through simply your PRESENCE alone? Or to teach or inspire by being a walking example from the energy you emit from your Soul?

What does it take to develop and Practice PRESENCE?

CENTERED
CLARITY

Being in your CORE…

Simply the power of your breath…breathing into your CORE, your belly…allows you to stay centered and clear. There is an unwavering strength and conviction when you live and show up from within the CORE of your being.

Staying CENTERED…

By staying CENTERED…as if staying in the eye of the storm where it is peaceful…any distractions, drama, and negative energies can swirl around you without disruption of your energy. The outside world does not waver what is going on, on the inside. Being CENTERED is strength; it is your central pillar from which all else unfolds.

Seeing with CLARITY…

CLARITY of vision…knowing exactly what you wish to grow…defines where you are going. Once you are clear from within, then cultivating your energy, directing your energy, and living from the energy of your Soul becomes easier…if not absolute.

What is it you emit from PRESENCE?

CONFIDENCE

CERTAINTY

You exude an energy beyond your body that is palpable.

Your Presence exudes an energy that ultimately emits CONFIDENCE and CERTAINTY.

You own it. It’s yours. It’s authentic. It’s the real and most authentic YOU!!!

What is created with PRESENCE?

CALLING

COLLABORATION

What first stirs is a knowing from within, or a CALLING from your heart as your Soul speaks to you. This CALLING is your greatest Purpose, such that your PRESENCE holds its vibration without doubt, and without confusion. When you know…YOU KNOW…your greatest Purpose, the energy of your heart and Soul emits a magnetic attraction within your field. The beauty of such a magnetic force is that it has an affinity, or potential to draw others in.

The Power of YOUR Presence is that is can create COLLABORATION and an alliance for more of the same with others.

YOUR Presence also has the POWER to light the way for others to find their PRESENCE, their greatest Purpose, and all the other parts of their life such that there is alignment and that may simply fall into place.

YOUR Presence and the Power of Presence in any ONE human being has the ability to re-ignite the spark of POSSIBILITY within another…and another…

The Power of Your Presence starts with with the light of your Soul. As you align with your Soul, your Presence grows. It is vibration of greater authenticity…of Purity…of Truth…and of Love…that is placed into the field of human consciousness.

When humanity’s heart can reach the tipping point of 51% of greater Truth and Love from our SOUL, then together we can emit a magnetic force that shifts our collective vibration to grow and expand into a greater global energetic field.

Together, we all shift. Our individual hearts shift. Collectively, as human beings, the whole of humanity shifts. As WE shift and reconnect to Soul and Presence, it allows our hearts to align in Truth and Love with the heart of our planet.

TRUTH and LOVE…that is the Power of YOUR Presence!

Are you a woman whose gifts to the world involve healing, energy work, health care, care-giving, teaching, raising children or simply giving love and compassion in order to support and elevate others in some way, shape, or form?

If yes, then this message is for you.

Are you a woman who gives her energy to those around her first and to herself last?  Or do you give to yourself…..IF and only IF…..time and energy permits?

If yes or yes, then this message is definitely for you!

As one of the healers, energy workers, healthcare providers, care-givers, teachers, and mothers of the world, we need YOU to take care of YOUR-SELF.  And, I know you know this.  And, I know it too.

Yet, if you are anything like me, sometimes it is difficult to hear the voice of  the “Lady of the WELL-SPRING”….. She is that higher part of your feminine being that speaks softly, reminding you that you need to take care of your Spirit and of your physical Body.  She reminds you to replenish your own Vitality, to rejuvenate your Soul, and to restore your Life Force Energy.  She is the SPRING where you go for rejuvenation, healing, cleansing and transformation.  She is the SPRING that bubbles up through the WELL that is your physical body and is the source of Love…the source from which all of Life flows.

The WELL is the vessel, the Human Body.  The SPRING is the Love, the Life Force Energy of your Soul that flows through you.  If you deplete the Spring, the well goes dry.  All that will be left is an empty vessel.  You not only feel drained, you most likely will feel burned out.  You may suffer illness.  Ultimately, you don’t have the energy, nor the passion, to keep giving to others in the same way that you have for years.  You certainly don’t have the energy to fulfill your Soul’s calling and purpose.

However, my friend, Mary (name has been changed), really knew this and talked about it.  In fact, Mary talked about Self-Care a lot and she felt called to write a book.  Oh…how important this was!  When I listened to her, I pretty much took it for granted that I was doing what I needed to for Self-Care.  I was getting chiropractic adjustments regularly.  I was getting acupuncture and massage as needed.  I was working out at the gym 3-4 times per week.  I drank a lot of clean water and ate mostly whole foods.  I was going to bed by 10 o’clock.  I spent time with my daughter.  I would go for walks and hikes in nature.  I read books and would sometimes write in a journal.  I made gratitude lists and vision boards.  I was taking care of my physical body and my mindset.  I was also taking care of my daughter, raising her, making a home for us, putting energy into growing my chiropractic practice and caring for the people I served.

However, what I thought was Self-Care was more of taking care of the Well and staying on schedule.  There was less commitment and energy in truly rejuvenating my Soul and keeping the WELL-SPRING flowing through SACRED SELF-CARE.  I certainly was not heeding the quiet voice of my inner Lady of the WELL-SPRING to slow down and savor any time spent in this kind of restorative self-care.

When Mary was diagnosed with breast cancer.  It was a surprise to me since she was taking such good care of herself.  She went through a variety of medical procedures, as well as natural modalities, and spiritual healing.  She was vigilant about her own Self-Care and especially, SACRED SELF-CARE.  She searched out the healers to support her, and even traveled to Hawaii to work with healers there.  She embraced the daily practices of walking, eating whole foods, meditating, communing with nature and with Spirit.  She knew that her Self-Care was far greater than just caring for her physical body and fighting disease.  She knew that Self-Care and SACRED SELF-CARE was necessary whether she was expressing health and vitality, OR expressing sickness.  She knew that it was not the WELL that was the source of Life, it was the SPRING that could only give LIFE to the WELL.

Mary did improve and then she didn’t.  She died in November close to eight years ago.  She was an example of shining Light, a Spring of Life, even when the Well of her Body finally failed.   She was the first of three friends who died early in their lives.  Their ages ranged between 36 and 58.  I call these ladies the “Three Mary’s” because of their faith in the Divine and their healing talents that came in many forms.  Although, their lives were short in comparison to what we might expect, they were committed to their own healing and transformation, as well as the healing and transformation of others.  Although, it may seem like a contradiction that these women died, I believe it tells us that we can never, EVER, take for granted the taking care of our Body and of our Soul.

I feel strongly to pick up and carry on this message of SACRED SELF-CARE of these three Ladies.  I was 36 when I felt a calling to pursue a healing profession and to study chiropractic.  The beauty of Chiropractic is that it’s fundamental intention is to reconnect us physically and spiritually, from Above Down Inside Out.  This year I turn 58 and I understand what the first Mary was talking about.  After 22 years of multi-tasking and multi-performing from studying, working, caring for my daughter, building a business, and caring for clients, I have felt the drain physically with Adrenal Fatigue from not giving enough Self-Care and more importantly, not enough SACRED SELF-CARE.  So many times I have not stopped to rest and heed the voice requesting me to do so from my higher self, my inner LADY of the WELL-SPRING.  Any rejuvenating self-care that I engaged in seemed to be squeezed into a full, busy schedule of multi-tasking and multi-caring.

I expect, you have lived a similar life of much to do, and much to give, to many people in need of your attention, love, and talents.  You are constantly getting out of bed, or returning from vacation, to once again “hit the ground running.”  If we, the healers, energy workers, healthcare providers, care-givers, teachers, and mothers of the world, don’t practice Self-Care and SACRED SELF-CARE, how can we serve our families and the world?  How can we teach them by our personal living example?  Our focus needs to be on us first, to ensure our WELL-SPRING is overflowing because we can not serve from an empty vessel.

The challenge is that our culture promotes performance and productivity over Self-Care, especially over SACRED SELF-CARE.  Within the medical model we take of ourselves when we have symptoms, feel sick, or express disease.  If you look at some statistics, the average person is projected to have spent $10,345 in 2016 for “health care,” and yet we are not healthy as a country, or is our system healthy (1).  In a survey of 16,000 people from 60 countries, the United States ranked 15 in the people’s view of the “best public ‘health care’ system” (2).  And, the World Health Organization ranked the U.S. at 37 out of 190 countries in terms the quality of our “health care” system (3).

In a report put together by a panel of doctors, epidemiologists, demographers, and other researchers via the National Research Council and the Institute of Medicine it was quoted that the U.S. has a “pattern of poorer health at ALL Stages of Life, from infancy to childhood to adolescence to young adulthood to middle and old age. Compared to people in other developed nations, Americans die far more often from injuries and homicides. We suffer more deaths from alcohol and other drugs, and endure some of the worst rates of heart disease, lung disease, obesity, and diabetes.” (4)

So where, when, and how does it change?  I believe it does not start with the our system of health care…or rather sickness care.  There is a time and place for sickness care.  However, what the system does, which is sickness care, and what it it called…which is “Health Care”….is clearly a contradiction.

First, let’s call the system for the kind of care it provides which is symptom relief, sickness and disease care.  Let’s be clear in our terminology and perhaps use the term Medical Care.

Second, I believe it starts with aligning our own inner values within each of us and how we choose each day to create health, vitality, express more life.  Our actions and practices of daily living need to be in integrity with our values and philosophy.  Health is a process.  Disease is a process.  All are a part of the process of living Life.  What do YOU choose to create in your values, thoughts, feelings, and actions for your Body, Heart, Mind, and Spirit???

So, let’s really start by choosing the side of the coin we ultimately wish to be on and do the best we can.  Do YOUR best to create Health, Vitality and greater Life Expression every day with your choices and practices of living.  Choose true health-care practitioners such as chiropractors, naturopaths, acupuncturists, massage therapists, energy workers, etc, whose philosophy, purpose, procedures and teaching focus on healing, health, vitality, and life that support you in Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit throughout all your life stages…whether expressing symptoms or not.  Also, know that you have sickness, or medical care, available through our country’s “medical system” when and if you…or your family…are in crisis care.

Also, I believe it starts with us, with women.   We, the women…the mothers, care-givers, healers and teachers of the world…who birth and grow life in children, as well as in families, businesses, communities, etc.  It starts with our caring for ourselves before we are pregnant and how we lead by example throughout ALL of our Stages of Life in our daily practices of living to create and grow Health, Vitality, and Life each and every day.

My belief is that we also need to pay very close attention and listen to our inner Lady of the WELL-SPRING, to head our intuition, re-connect to our feminine nature and stay on a path of genuine SACRED SELF-CARE.  Because in the process of living and creating Life, it will also benefit our families, our clients, and our world if our vessel is full and overflowing with our inner WELL-SPRING.
